I have always wanted a nice DSLR camera. I's basically been a dream of mine forever, but I have always been too poor to afford one. Now, for those of you who don't know much about cameras such as these, they are pretty expensive. I had the thought to pray to Heavenly Father if there would be a way to purchase a camera used, for a cheaper price. I knew I could afford it if it was cheaper, but trying to buy one off Amazon or Walmart was still too pricey for my budget. Prayer and faith was the way to go! I knew that I needed to ask!
So. I prayed.
I sincerely asked God for something I wanted, in faith that he would bless me.
And guess what?
I was able to find a camera for a REALLY good deal that was barely used.
When I finally purchased it, I didn't think it was real life. I had just prayed about this a few days ago, and right here was proof that God loves me and listens to my prayers.
It was in this moment that I realized that God cares so much about the little things. He cared about that I wanted a camera, and HE helped me find one.
I have discovered that a lot of the times, I lack faith and fail to see how much God loves me, and how much he wants to bless me. It is because I lack the courage to ask and the faith to see God's hand in my life that I miss out on so much. This simple but beautiful blessing has opened my eyes so much to what God has in store for me. I just feel really thankful and wanted to share that God will bless each of us, as we ASK in faith!
God is good, and I love Him.
